Compassion Meditation
for Inner Peace
Every Thursday in Falcarragh 6 - 7 pm
Starting August 26th
There will be simple instructions on focusing the mind, observing sensation and developing compassion for oneself and others. My experience is primarily in Buddhist practice and I am currently incorporating the principles of non-violent (or compassionate) communication into this approach. The aim of this meditation is to quiet the mind and then direct it towards a peace beyond judgement.
