Heart Art
I teach classes that combine intuitive art and mindfulness meditation. These classes are calm, safe spaces for people to explore their creativity and learn ways to melt away self-criticism and competitiveness.
Natural Beekeepers of Donegal
NBoD are a group of ten people who wanted to keep bees in a more natural and friendly way, not concerned so much with honey harvest than with bee health and thriving.
In 2011 we each made our own topbar hive with local larch and natural wood treatment. Five of us got our bees in June 2012 and the rest will start next year.
